I’m Delfos Almagro, a creative leader and brand strategist with over 28 years of experience building brands through strategy, design, and hands-on craft. I currently serve as Creative Manager at Memorial Healthcare System, where I lead brand systems, collaborate with external agencies, and help shape omnichannel campaigns that translate big ideas into clear, consistent experiences across digital, print, environmental, and experiential platforms.
Alongside my corporate work, I founded Indigo SUP, a passion-driven lifestyle brand rooted in product design, performance, and community. From shaping custom paddleboards to building a loyal following through storytelling and visual identity, Indigo reflects my belief that the strongest brands are built with intention, authenticity, and respect for craft.
Born and raised in Cuba and based in South Florida since 2000, I bring a global perspective, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a designer’s eye to everything I do. I’m equally comfortable defining creative direction as I am getting hands-on in the work—always focused on building brands that feel purposeful, human, and built to last.
